Curb the Rain’s founding team consists of a variety of skills and backgrounds to create a holistic, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective solution to the problem of climate change. The team are recent graduates of the Masters of Sustainability Management program at the University of Toronto, Mississauga. Using their diverse experience, the team is adept at developing solutions that consider a wide range of perspectives and challenges.
Borys Brodziuk is a graduate from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University, specializing in Economics & Management Science with a minor in Information Technology. Borys has experience working in the banking and investment industry, gaining valuable knowledge on consumer behaviours and how businesses operate efficiently.
Nandaraye Choi graduated from Queen’s University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Specialization in Biology. Throughout her undergraduate career, she developed a strong interest in ecology, conservation biology, urban planning, and climate change. Nandaraye grew an interest towards the concept of circular economy to reduce waste and consumption.
Tina Elliott is a lean and change management practitioner known for her results focus with leading organizations from diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution and construction across Canada.
Lauren O’Malley graduated from University of Toronto in 2020 receiving a Honours Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction. She has taken on on a wide range of roles focused on achieving organizational sustainability goals towards meeting the urgent need for sustainable resilient infrastructure.
